Refund Policy

At Expedition Everywhere Travel, we work closely with trusted travel partners to design unforgettable experiences. Because of the nature of travel arrangements—and the commitments we make on your behalf—our refund policy reflects the terms and conditions outlined at the time of booking.
Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Final payment is due by the date provided in your invoice.

If your balance is not paid on time, your booking may be cancelled without refund.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made before the final payment due date will result in the loss of your non-refundable deposit and any fees charged by individual suppliers.

Cancellations made after final payment may result in partial or no refund, depending on supplier policies and how close to departure the cancellation occurs.

Airfare, cruise lines, hotels, and tours each have their own cancellation rules, which we will provide at the time of booking.
We will always do our best to recover any available funds from our suppliers, but we cannot guarantee refunds outside of their policies.
Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive Travel Insurance to protect your investment. Travel Insurance may offer reimbursement for trip cancellation, delays, illness, or emergencies—subject to the terms of your policy.

If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you acknowledge that any financial loss incurred due to cancellation, delay, or interruption will be your responsibility.
Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued for:

Unused travel services or portions of the trip

Changes or cancellations due to personal illness, work conflicts, missed flights, or border refusals

Disruptions due to force majeure (weather, natural disasters, political unrest, etc.)

Travelers who fail to meet passport, visa, or vaccination requirements
Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to travel@expeditioneverywheretravel.com. We will process your request promptly and keep you informed of the status as we work with relevant suppliers.
