California Seller of Travel
Expedition Everywhere Travel is a Registered Seller of Travel with the State of California (CST #2166577-70).
Please note: Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.

Passenger's Right to Prompt Refund in the Event of Cancellation
If your travel or transportation services are canceled through no fault of your own, and you have not canceled in violation of any agreed-upon terms and conditions, all funds you paid for services not provided will be refunded to you promptly—unless you provide written authorization to the agency stating otherwise.

This refund protection does not apply if payment was already forwarded to another registered wholesale seller of travel or directly to a carrier (such as an airline or cruise line), and that supplier fails to deliver the agreed services. In that case, Expedition Everywhere Travel will provide you with written documentation, including bank records showing the disbursement, and if funds were sent to a wholesaler, proof of their current registration.

California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund
Your purchase is protected by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF) if:

Expedition Everywhere Travel was registered and participating in TCRF at the time of sale, and

You were physically located in California when payment was made.
If you are eligible and are owed more than $50 for services not provided (for example, if funds were not forwarded to the correct travel provider and no refund was issued), you may file a claim with TCRF.

The maximum reimbursement from TCRF is the total amount you paid for the trip, up to $15,000.

Claims must be filed within 12 months of your scheduled travel completion date.

Claims must include supporting documentation and a $35 processing fee.

By filing, you agree to waive other civil remedies against a registered participating seller of travel for the same issue.

For Travelers Outside of California
If you are purchasing travel services from outside the State of California, your transaction is not covered by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund.
